Angel One announced a 2nd interim dividend of Rs 11 per share for FY2024-25, with a record date of March 20, 2025. Shares traded at Rs 1965.75, down 34.89% YTD.

Angel One Dividend 2025: Angel One, the online brokerage app, on Thursday announced that its board approved the declaration of 2nd interim dividend of Rs 11 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The brokerage also fixed the record date and payment date for the 2nd interim dividend of FY2024-25.

Earlier, Angel One announced the first interim dividend of Rs 11 per equity for FY2024-25 with ex-date falling on January 21, 2025.

Angel One Second Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date

Angel One in the filing said that the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated March 13, 2025 approved declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 at the rate of Rs. 11.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 per share of the Company.

The company has fixed Thursday, March 20, 2025 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said interim dividend.

Angel One Dividend 2025 Payment Date

The dividend will be paid on or before April 12, 2025 to those members, whose names appear on the Register of Members or in records of depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, March 20, 2025, which is the record date fixed for the purpose.

Angel One shares traded flat on Thursday with a marginal gain of 0.20 per cent. Around 12:30 PM, the scrip was trading at Rs 1965.75 apiece, against the previous day close at Rs 1961.80 apiece.

Over the past week, Angel One shares experienced a price decline of 7.27%, resulting in an absolute loss of 154.05 points. In comparison, the Sensex dipped by 0.43% and the BSE Financial Services sector saw a decrease of 0.31%. Extending the timeframe, Angel One shares fell 10.60% over two weeks, 15.01% over a month, and 34.89% since the year’s start (YTD). These figures contrast with the Sensex’s performance of -0.80%, -2.79%, and -5.72% respectively, and the BSE Financial Services sector’s performance of -0.42%, -1.55%, and -5.78% over the same periods.

Looking at longer durations, Angel One shares showed a decline of 42.04% over three months, 19.91% over six months, and 19.18% over a year. Conversely, the company’s shares gained 79.99% over two years, 51.38% over three years, and were significantly up over 5 and 10 years.
