BEL Interim Dividend 2025 Date: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on today declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (150%) for the financial year 2024-25. The interim dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
BEL shares were trading higher by 2.70 per cent at Rs 271.80 during the intraday on Wednesday. The scrip opened at Rs 265 apiece against the previous day close at Rs 264.65 per share.

BEL Dividend History
In the previous financial year 2023-24, BEL declared two interim dividends of Rs 0.70 each. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 0.80 per share last year for FY24.
BEL Dividend 2025 Record Date
BEL has fixed Tuesday, March 11, 2025 as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders for the 150% payout.
BEL Q3FY25 Results
BEL reported a net profit of ₹1,316 crore for the period, marking a 47.3% increase from the previous year. Revenue reached ₹5,756 crore for the quarter, representing a 39% year-on-year growth.
EBITDA saw a significant jump of 57.5% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,653 crore, comfortably. EBITDA margin expanded by 330 basis points to 28.7%, up from 25.4% last year and higher than the 24.1% predicted by the CNBC-TV18 poll.
