BSE Share Price: Shares of BSE Limited were trading up to 5 percent higher on Thursday morning during intraday trading, following the announcement of a board meeting on March 30 to consider a bonus issue. At around 9:30 AM, the stock was trading at Rs 6,656.70 apiece on the NSE, showing a gain of 3.98 percent from the day’s opening price of Rs 4,650 apiece.
In the filing dated March 26, BSE Limited said that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025 to consider and approve the proposal of bonus shares, subject to the approval of shareholders.
