HUDCO Dividend 2025: Shares of HUDCO (Housing and Urban Development Corporation) will trade ex-date today for the interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. While the record date is March 14, 2025 the ex-date for the dividend is set for March 13, 2025.
PSU HUDCO declared the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 1.05 per equity share (10.50%) for the financial year 2024-25.
On Wednesday, shares of HUDCO ended in a negative zone to Rs 181.20 apiece with a drop of -0.22 per cent. The scrip’s high and low made at Rs 185.40 and Rs 178.10.
HUDCO 2nd Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on Monday, 10th March, 2025, inter-alia considered and approved declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.05/- per equity share, i.e. @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25 and fixed Friday, 14th March, 2025 as Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.
HUDCO 2nd Interim Dividend Payment Date
The process for payment of Interim Dividend will be completed within 30 days of its
declaration. So, the company announced the dividend on March 10, 2025, thus, it is expected the dividend amount will be credited to shareholders by April 10, 2025.

Earlier, HUDCO announced the interim dividend of Rs 2.05 per share with the ex-date falling on January 30, 2025.
HUDCO Fund Raise
Earlier, HUDCO board had approved the raising of Bonds as Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non Cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series -E 2024) aggregating up to Rs. 2,910 Crore on Private basis.
