ICC lawyer seeks arrest of Taliban leaders over persecution of women

The International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor announced he is seeking arrest warrants for the Taliban’s spiritual leader Haibatullah Akhundzada and its chief justice, accusing them of persecuting women in Afghanistan.
