HUDCO 2nd Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date: Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) is all set to declare its second interim dividend for the financial year 2025 soon. In the exchange filing, HUDCO intimated on the upcoming board meeting to be held on March 10, 2025 to consider declaration of second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.
HUDCO shares slipped -0.27 per cent during the intraday session on Monday to trade at Rs 164.40 apiece around 1:40 PM. The stock’s 52-week movement indicates a high of Rs 353.95 apiece and a low of Rs 152.65 apiece.
HUDCO has a market cap of Rs 33,111.43 crore, making it a constituent of BSE 500.
HUDCO 2nd Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
HUDCO in the filing said that Friday, March 14, has been fixed as the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of second interim dividend. However, it is subject to approval of Board of Directors.

Earlier, HUDCO board had approved the raising of Bonds as Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non Cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series -E 2024) aggregating up to Rs. 2,910 Crore on Private
Placement basis.
