Apollo Hospitals

Apollo Hospitals’ Hyderabad-based subsidiary, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL), has acquired a controlling stake in Lucknow-based Care Diagnostics in an all-cash deal for an undisclosed amount.

IndiGo

IndiGo is expanding its international operations with the launch of non-stop long-haul flights to Manchester and Amsterdam starting in July this year, utilizing leased Boeing 787-9 planes.

Hyundai Motor

Hyundai Motor India, long the number two passenger vehicle maker in India, has dropped to fourth position in terms of retail sales for the domestic market last month, behind Maruti Suzuki India, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Tata Motors.

TCS

RVNL

BEL

Laurus Labs

Laurus Labs is investing Rs 833 crore into its joint venture with Slovenia’s KRKA Pharma, with KRKA contributing Rs 867 crore. The partnership maintains a 51:49 ownership split.

RITES

RITES has been awarded a Rs 27.96 crore contract to survey the Hyderabad-Bengaluru and Hyderabad-Chennai high-speed rail corridors. The project, utilizing advanced LiDAR technology, moves India closer to the realization of bullet trains.

Brigade Enterprises

Brigade Enterprises, a leading real estate company, has launched Brigade Altius in Chennai’s IT hub. This development includes three 43-floor towers, spread over 6.5 acres, and is one of the city’s tallest projects.
