Waaree Renewable Technologies surged 14% intraday after strong Q4FY25 results. EBITDA grew 62.8% YoY to Rs 122.4 crore, net profit jumped 83% to Rs 94 crore.

Waaree Renewable Share Price: Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited skyrocketed to 14 per cent during intraday on Thursday following strong quarterly performance in Q4FY25. The scrip touched the high of Rs 1,170 apiece, against the day’s opening at Rs 1,090 apiece.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited reported its Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) grew 62.8% year-on-year to Rs 122.4 crore. However, EBITDA margin dropped to 25.7 per cent as compared to 27.5% in the corresponding quarter of FY24.
Meanwhile, net profit jumped 83 per cent YoY to Rs 94 crore as compared to Rs 51 crore in Q4FY24.
The company’s topline rose 74% year-on-year to Rs 476 crore, up from Rs 273 crore in the same quarter last year.
The scrip was trading at Rs 1,138 per share with a gain of 11.14 per cent around 11:30 am.
Waaree Renewable’s Order Book
Waaree Renewable’s unexecuted order book totals 3.2 GWp, which the company plans to complete within the next 12 to 15 months. Its bidding pipeline has now reached 30 GWp.
The company has developed 54.82 MWp of solar power generating capacity as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and is currently setting up a 41.6 MWp IPP plant, expected to be operational by Q3 FY25.
Waaree Renewable’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) portfolio is approximately 695 MWp.
Additionally, the company is actively exploring opportunities to secure more Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts in both domestic and international markets.
